Understanding revival.
What is Open Heaven?
When the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost, Heaven was open and there was no closing of Heaven while the Holy Spirit is with us.
Therefore, we do not pray for Open Heaven but we pray from Open Heaven. This is not some "New Apostolic Reformation" idea but living in the Book of Acts.
